Southern Coast Development, Inc. (SCDI) created Terrapin Green (TG) on Blandings Way in Biddeford, Maine at the entrance to Blandings Park Wildlife Sanctuary (BPWS) as a 22 lot energy smart limited conservation development for active 55+ adults.  Lots will be offered through MONUMENT Realty Group(MRG).  Peggy Ann and Dave Ayers own SCDI, developed TG, opened MRG and founded BPWS in order to complete their dream of energy efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable living as an attainable goal for all.
